US$5,000 per unit of space (10 x 10′). Premium locations are US$5,600. Rates are discounted 15% for each additional 10 x 10 ft unit after 4 units.

The price of an exhibition space also includes:

  • 10 x 10ft pipe and drape, in white, blue and red
  • Hanging identification sign with company and booth number
  • Waste basket
  • Your own page in the PPIM Directory available on the mobile App and PPIM website. See the box on the bottom of this page for details.
  • NEW 3 single-session passes to the conference per exhibiting company. Each pass can be used for one morning or afternoon technical session
  • 2 free booth worker registrations
  • Lead-retrieval and data-capture system
  • Unlimited free visitor passes for your clients and prospects.
  • Unlimited free registrations for “visiting staff ” from your company, at no additional charge. These are personnel from your company (or your affiliates) who may wish to visit the exhibition for a few hours instead of attending the entire time or working the booth, etc.
  • Specially discounted package rate on these additional furnishings:
  • 6ft table draped in white + two chairs – US$75 if ordered by January 18, 2024
